Cheese Indulgence

This has become one of mine and my mum's go to meals when its just us in and we want something light, usually after having a big lunch out we'll bake a camembert and grab a bottle of wine along with some crusty bread! Today though we both fancied an indulgent lunch as it's my brother's first day at sixth form so our first day back being girls, cue watching trashy day time tv and reading magazines.

I can't even call this a recipe as its really involves the bare minimum, basically whack out your cheese take it out of the box and wrapper, wrap the cheese itself in tin foil and slot it back into the box. Make some little cuts with a knife and push in some rosemary which just adds to the flavour and finally drizzle in olive oil.

Pop it in the oven with a ciabatta...

and voila! a perfect creamy cheesy lovers meal, served with the warm ciabatta and some grapes whilst reading Grazia and Elle magazine, perfect.
